1) The extrusion mold adopts a spiral channel structure, which can ensure the uniformity of the melt temperature and completely eliminate the weld marks.

2) The sizing sleeve is made of precision copper material, with good cooling effect for sizing.

Vacuum sizing box:

1) The box has a dual chamber design and a dual water pump spray cooling system;

2) Dual vacuum pumps, freely adjustable vacuum degree;

3) Dual filtration device, no need to shut down for cleaning; Equipped with a precise automatic control system for water level and temperature.
